Jennifer had a high level of assistance with our needs immediately upon the start of our search. She met us in the evening during our first night of searching at a residence, and we had minimal time. Jennifer met our challenges and time constraints by immediately showing us a house on our first night and presenting multiple alternatives during the next couple of days. We were only in town for a few days, but she successfully found our house that met both my and Eleanor's desires. Jennifer also could listen to us and only show us homes that met our specific needs. For example, we only wanted to look at houses with fireplaces due to our limited time. She did not burden us with seeing different houses. Jennifer answered every question I had relative to financing, and most especially, she helped me with local services and requirements. I was a difficult customer as I was out of town in Colorado between the time of the offer and the closing. Jennifer successfully navigated this challenging situation between myself, the lenders, and the title company. I felt completely comfortable with Jennifer's expertise during this entire time frame, and she was able to keep me informed quite successfully. My partner truly loved how Jennifer was able to interact with her and communicate the status of the house acquisition. They got along quite well. I highly recommend Jennifer to represent them in a house search, especially if you are presently located in a state other than Alabama and are looking to relocate here She is exceptional in that area.

Jennifer is AMAZING! She came highly recommended to us by a family member after we fired our first agent. Honestly, I wish we had found her first. FANTASTIC to deal with. Professional, courteous, and FAST! She never sent us anything that she wasn't certain we wouldn't love, and where we ended up was even better than my wife or I could have imagined. The area, the house, everything is perfect, or as close to it as you're likely to get! We don't plan on moving for a long time, but I know who I'm calling if the need ever arises.
